Your annual dues helps to fund both the National Federation of Republican Women and the Virginia Federation of Republican Women. Our Board has pledged to be good stewards of the balance, by supporting an RWC scholarship fund, the Mamie Eisenhower Book Project, an annual membership tea, significant donations to our state and local candidates, hospitality expenses, printing and postage expenses, Republican Women event sponsorship and many other items. We hope that you will continue to support the club and become an active participant on one of our many committees.
Active Membership:
Active membership is open to any woman who is NOT holding full membership in another Virginia Republican Women’s Club:
- you are eligible to make motions and vote
- eligible to hold office and to serve on committees
- eligible to serve as a delegate to state and national conventions
Dues are $50.00 per year. If you join after June 30, dues will be $25.00 and will be deemed paid until December 31 of the current year.
When you become an Active member, you also become a member of the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW) and the Virginia Federation of Republican Women (VFRW).
Associate Membership:
Associate membership is open to any woman who is a member of another Republican Woman’s Federated organization.
Associate members have limited rights and privileges. You may attend meetings, but cannot make motions, have a voice or a vote, be on a committee, hold office, or be counted for the purpose of determining the number of delegates for our club to state or national meetings or conventions. As associate members, you do not become members of the VFRW or the NFRW through Republican Women of Clifton.
Dues are $25.00 per year.
Republican Men:
Republican men may be eligible for associate membership upon payment of required annual dues of $25.00.
Students:
We welcome high school and college students. The dues for this age group is $15.00 to cover the cost of our dues to VFRW and NFRW. You become a full voting member of Republican Women of Clifton and are also a member of VFRW and NFRW.
