Congratulations to the first RWC Scholarship winner – Cody Clarke. He is a graduate of Lake Braddock High School and will be attending James Madison University. He plans on a double major – Education and Technical Theatre.
Our very best to him and we thank all the young men and women who submitted their essays for our consideration. The essay topic was to write an inauguration speech.
